I don't understand:

"Note: this feature requires Microsoft Office to be installed on client computers

(otherwise a list of converters will be empty). Text converters cannot be

distributed separately from Microsoft Office."

That it means this: 

It is necessary to sell a word license with my application 

or 

It is necessary word installed in then client for import *.doc
