Another wish for TrvActionCustomColor

In Delphi 6 and higher TrvActionCustomColor uses ActionComponent to

calculate the position of the color panel when UserInterface = rvacAdvanced.

This works as long as ActionComponent is TControl. Since this isn't

always the case it would be nice to allow to set the top-left position

of the color panel at runtime and not let TrvActionCustomColor

calculate from the mouse position.
