So, you need to print empty page between every page of document?

Use the following code instead of calling TRVPrint.Print:

for i := 1 to RVPrint.PagesCount do begin

  RVPrint.rv.DrawPage(i, Printer.Canvas,False,False);

  if i<>RVPrint.PagesCount  then begin

    Printer.NewPage;

    Printer.NewPage;

  end;

end;
