Hello,

I'll fix it in the next update of htmlimporter.

The following function must be used instead of  ExtractFilePath on the line

BasePath := ExtractFilePath(BasePath);

  function ExtractPath(const S: string): String;

  var l: Integer;

  begin

    l := Length(S);

    while l > 0 do begin

      if (S[l] in ['\','/']) and (ByteType(S, l)<>mbTrailByte) then

        break;

      dec(l);

    end;

    if l<0 then

      l := 0;

    Result := Copy(S, 1, l);

  end;
