By default, <Blockquote> does not have this line.

It's implemented using CSS (<BLOCKQUOTE style="BORDER-LEFT: #000000 2px

solid;">)

So <Blockquote> is almost the same as <P> (but it's not recommended to have

nested <P>, you can simply change indents)
