RvHtmlImporter is not able to insert into the caret position, it can only

load the complete document.

You can read HTML in some hidden RichView, then insert it via RVF stream

(source.SaveRVFToStream, dest.InsertRVFFromStreamEd).

RichViewActions works in this way.
