You cannot open the most of RichViewActions forms until you install

RichViewActions (because they contain some components (for example,

TRVOfficeButtonGroup) that installed with this package).

Try to add all these files to the runtime package instead (you can add all

the pas-files except from *Reg.pas, RVADsgn.pas and Unit3.pas)
