Yes, Wordpad does not support numbering.

When you open RTF with numbering in Wordpad, numbering is converted to plain

text with Tab. Of course, there is no problem with the plain text.

But as for ReportBuilder, TRichView makes special actions to retain

numbering on RB pages. Here I do not have all the code to test your example,
