Well, there is a property RvHtmlImporter.FixedCSSStyles allowing to import

HTML with CSS saved by TRichView.

But

1) It was not properly tested and I am not sure if it works

2) It requres that TRichView which loads HTML has the same set of styles as

TRichView which saved this HTML.
