This component is primarily oriented for spell-checking memos/richedits.

Some functionality is hidden in internals. This version of wrapper does not

support "Ignore All" and "Change All" commands (they can be implemented by

creating and maintaining a list of pairs (word, language) for ignore-all,

and a list of (wrongword, correctword, language) for change-all). May be in

future.
