The code must be:

var table: TRVTableItemInfo;

begin

  table := LoadCSV(FileName, RichViewEdit1, ';', False, 0, 0);

  if table<>nil then begin

    // here you can set table properties,

    // such as borders

    RichViewEdit1.InsertItem('', table);

  end;

end;
