Deletes all columns containing only nil-cells.

procedure DeleteEmptyCols;

Nil-cells occur due to cell-meging.

All-nil columns occur after cell-merging or deleting rows.

This method calls DeleteCols with DecreaseWidth = False.

The method keeps selection in the table.
