A constructor, creates a new TRVOfficeConverter component.

constructor Create(AOwner: TComponent);

Use Create to instantiate TRVOfficeConverter object at runtime. RVOfficeConverters placed on forms at design time are created automatically. Specify the owner of the new RVOfficeConverter using the AOwner parameter.
