Defines a horizontal alignment of text and icon in each tab.

Meaning of this property is not changed if Kind = srvtskVertical: this property always defines a horizontal alignment.

MirrorText inverts value of this property. For a horizontal ruler, RTL BiDiMode inverts it as well.
