Converts one inch to the specified units. Used for horizontal distances.

function UnitsPerInchH(Units: TRVUnits): TRVLength;

Since in ScaleRichView both vertical and horizontal resolution are assumed equal to 96 dpi, this function returns the same value as UnitsPerInchH.

This function can be used to convert one units to another, for example:

// converting horizontal size from millimeters to UnitsProgram
