TrvActionTableCellBottomBorder is the action for "Table | Cell Borders | Bottom Border" command.

Description
The action makes the bottom borders of the selected table cells (or the edited cell) visible/invisible.
This action does not introduce any new properties in addition to properties of TrvAction.
