[Demo] Zooming in TRichViewEdit

This demo shows how to implement zooming in TRichView editor.
Unlike RichViewActions\Demos\DelphiUnicode\ActionTest_MultiRes demo, in this demo:
- zooming percent is displayed relative to the current monitor DPI (not relative to 96 DPI)
- zooming percent is kept when the form's DPI is changed.
This demo requires RAD Studio 10.3+
