Take and insert a screen image, called a screen clipping

Capture an image when OneNote is open

Place the insertion point in your notes where you want to add the image.
On the Insert menu, click Screen Clipping.

OneNote is minimized, and the last active window becomes visible.

Drag the pointer to create a rectangular selection.

It is like a screen capture tool which automatically inserts capture into notes that would be into a RichViewEdit

Sorry, I think this feature should be implemented at application level, not by an editing component.
