Liker error RVSSCROLL.OBJ with codegear2007C++

Hello,
I use TRichviews components in my application and all seems ok except for rvscroll.obj the linker don't find it.
If you can help me please.
I the component option I have choosen to build with no package, because if I choose buid with packages it don't find the .bpl or BPI about Richview.
Thank you for you help.
I had not this kind of problems with BCB6.
