Simple way to set the default table settings for RichViewActions

Is there a simple way to adjust the default table setting for RichViewActions. I see some default settings but not on all.
I would like to do clSilver for border color, and only a 1 width cell border. I can do it after the creation but it would be nice to do it when the table is made.
