Hi Sergey,
Just to mention I work along with Jonathan Koehn (jgkoehn).
We are checking how well .docx is doing for import into the program.
So far it has not been 100%.
Here is another instance.
This file should use the font Segoe UI for the main text, but instead is using the Asian font setting. MS Word displays it correctly. Please see the attached file.

Re: Trich demo not using correct font
Well, I see. Font name reading from DocX must be rewritten. It will be in the next update, ASAP.

Re: Trich demo not using correct font
Fixed in version 19.1.1. It is uploaded for registered users.
The solution is still not ideal. MS Word allows defining 4 fonts: for ASCII, East Asian, complex scripts (including Arabic) and the rest of characters. For complex scripts, it also allows to define "bold" and "italic" attributes and font size specially.
In TRichView, each text item can have only a single font name and a single set of font styles.
The new update (v19.1.1):
- solves the problem when only some of font names were overridden in DocX (in your file, only East Asian font name was overridden in the document)
- applies complex script (font name, size, bold and italic) attributes to text items that are marked as complex script text in DocX.
