How can I reposition a whole text line in RichviewEdit by draging it?

The selection must start at the beginning of the line and must end at the beginning of the next line.

Yes, off course. My problems starts while dropping. I want the line to be dropped not in the middle of a line but as an item under it. The problem is that I can't find a way to override the default dropping.

There are events OnOle***, related to drag&drop.
But they are quite low level events.
Dropped content will start from the new line, if the selection started at the end of the previous line.
