I was checking "TRichView\ThirdParty\Export\LLPDFLib\Demos\RV2PDF" which is the demo of outputing pdf with llPDFLib from TRichView.
llPDFLib is new to me but I just checked https://github.com/sybrexsys/llPDFLib/b ... e.pas#L153, which implies that it seems supporting creating the TOC navigation treeview, something like screenshot I'm attaching below.
My question, when outputing from TRichView, does it create the bookmarks (or TOC or outline):
Create navigation bookmarks when outputting with llPDFLib?

Re: Create navigation bookmarks when outputting with llPDFLib?
I created a demo that makes PDF with TOC:

PS: I found a small problem. While most RTF files are OK (they contain outline levels of headings specified explicitly), there are some files that do not have heading levels specified, but they assume that correct heading levels are assigned by RTF reader for text formatted with styles named "heading 1", "heading 2", etc. MS Word does it, but TRichView doesn't, so such RTF files are converted to PDF without TOC.
I fixed it in my working version, it will be included in the next update.
