Unfortunately, the current version of Report Workshop does not support charts (except for charts that can be implemented using data bars and other value visualizers).

Charts will be implemented in future.

In the current version, you can draw a chart in an image and insert the image in the report.
You can use report variables and TRVReportGenerator.OnProcessRecord event

If you want, I can create an example.

Yes, we plan to implement charts (including TChart support) in 2017
