Addict and Actions

I seems like I am in a Catch-22 situation. Actions suddenly disapeared from my Deolphi 2009. I have reinstalled Addict4 and reinstalled your parser. However, on trying to reinstall Actions I get the a message telling me that Addict3_d9.dcp is missing. It show up undere Requires, and if I try to delete and then add it anew, a message tells me that it's allready there.
So what am I to do? Have spent a lot of time on this now.

Probably, you try to install wrong version of packages.
In D2009, you need to install Adding4_d12.
