Preview of new features of ScaleRichView

This is a screenshot of the new ActionTestTab demo, compiled in D2009:

You can see:
- a new TSRVTabSet component allowing to implement a tabbed multiple document interface
- skins (TSRVSkinManager component) applied to TSRVTabSet and scrollbars of TSRichViewEdit
- ability to specify a transparent color for background picture of TSRichViewEdit (you can see a picture in the top left corner displayed above a gradient filling).

All these features are already available for registered users.
