Background as png or add compression

Hi Great component.

I believe that a backgroundimage in a .RVF file is always saved as a .BMP
This makes for large files.

Any chance of being able to save in .Png or adding compression to the bitmap?

Unfortunately, not in the current version. I wanted to do it for a long time, but changing BackgroundBitmap property to BackgroundPicture will break compatibility. But it will be done, sooner or later.
