Tables selection bug in 10.3

Clicking inside any table cell causes appearing some hatched box and moving all cell data down. Moving cursor out - restores it. What can it be? Appears only in 10.3 (may be 10.2 too, didn't tested)

Just click inside table cell. I didn't change my code just upgraded to 10.3 from 10.0 or 10.1 and got it :-/
I'm gonna do a screenshot.

It seems this happens only with tables that were made in previous RichView versions...
I tried to create new table in 10.3 and it doesn't has that bug.

Sent you the file that was created with rvHTMLViewImport and if you open it with RVActions Demo compiled with 10.3 - you will see.

I confirm this bug, it was introduced in v10.3 (or in other recent update).
The problem is with Cell.VAlign.
Fix will be uploaded in this week.
