Wrong Lines Count

teRichViewEdit1.LineCount shows wrong value.

When RichViewEdit is empty it shows normal lines count, like 1. But after

some font changes, text additions, style changes I have real 9 text lines,

but LineCount shows me 16 !  And it's really not possible to set cursor

beyond line number 9.
