Wrong chars, on some of dcouments?

Hi;

For my app; I prepare the documents using MSWord for compactibility, which

is used by program and the users. But Some of my documents some of chars

haven't got correct format. My default charset is TURKISH_CHARSET. The documents

language is TURKISH too. But in RichviewEdit1 I didn't see all of them correct

charset.

How can I solve the problem?
