Unicode Problems when exporting HTML

Hi, I am trying to make a Japanese HTML editor (styles set to Unicode)

but when I export HTML, all Japanese charactors are

converted to something like こ (HTML entities??).

How can i prevent this? is there a property or something?

or I should use OnSaveItemToFile event?
