TrvActionOpen with "all supported files" filter

Hello Sergey,

is it possible that you add a "All supported files" Filter to TrvActionOpen.

This filter should show all supported filetypes. Some users of my

application load often Files of different types (txt, rtf) into the

RichEdit. Changing the filter every time is not ergonomic.
