Sorry, options like "keep paragraph with next" are not implemented.

For tables, there are two options:

- (default) if only several rows fit the page, table will not be moved to

the new page, but these rows will be printed on this page, and next rows

will be printed on the next page;

- (if rvtoRowsSplit is excluded from table.PrintOptions) - table will be

printed on one page; if the table does not fit the page, it will be moved to

the next page.
