RTL mode can be set for the whole document, for the paragraph (affects

characters without strong RTL/LTR type) and for the selected text.

RichViewActions have 4 actions:

- LTR paragraph

- RTL paragraph

- LTR selected text

- RTL selected text


As for tabs, they follow paragraph bi-di mode.
