There is a small bug in your code.

Instead of checking

    if ItemNo > 0 then begin

you need to check

    if ItemNo >= 0 then begin

The first items in cells are not changed because they have ItemNo = 0.


But finding hyperlinks by their id is not the best way to do.

It's much more efficient to enumerate all items and check if they are

hyperlinks.

I can make an example, if you want.

Do you need this operation be undoable/redoable?
