About demo projects for Delphi.

They are in

http://www.trichview.com/rvfiles/delphidemos.zip

(and in some other files).

You can extract them in any directory. There are only two conditions:

- zip extractor (for example, WinZip http://www.winzip.com) must support

long file names

- zip extractor must retain a directory structure of the zip file (each demo

must be in a separate directory).

Start studying from tutorial projects. They are located in

<DIR>\Delphi\Tutorials\

where <DIR> - directory where you have extracted files from delphidemos.zip.

Each demo project is in separate directory.

Open project file (with DPR extension), compile and run.

See comments in the code.

As for building a editor.

Download and install RichViewActions:

http://www.trichview.com/resources/actions/

they are the simplest way to make editor with RichView
