Ah, OK. Now I get it.

I was expecting Proceed to act the same way as "DoDefault" variables. Is there

a way of getting the default behaviour when you do have a handler - I need to

check for a custom clipboard format which indicates the presence of an

intra-app hyperlink and if its not there just allow the user to paste a regular

hyperlink.
