This is one more example, in addition to

Demos/Delphi/Assorted/Fields/MailMerge/ (field values are single line text)

and

Demos/Delphi/Assorted/Fields/MailMerge2/ (field values are arbitrary

document)

This demo allows multiline text as a field value. It's more similar to

MailMerge2 example (because the original fields are deleted and substituted

by their values)
